The Resolvers at Transit Lounge
What: The Deerfield Beach reggae ensemble rides into Miami (the group organized a fan bus from their hometown) to perform here for the first time since expanding to an eleven-piece band.
Why: A full horn section, Rasta man on keys, backup female vocalists, hipster guitarist, and dreadlocked lead singer.
When: Fri., 10 p.m.

Art Basel Miami Beach 2010 Catalog
What: A first look at more than 190 galleries and the 2,000-plus artists they are representing at this year’s Basel bonanza ($60).
