Only eighteen days into the New Year and you’ve already OD’d on junk food (twice), given up on early-morning workouts, and added three more reality shows to your DVR queue. (So much for those resolutions.)
Might we recommend some much-needed Therapy? Trade in the standard shrink’s couch for a seat on the gold leather one (flashy!) inside the W’s three-in-one concept shop. Co-owner and Inca swimwear designer Stacy Josloff has divided the 3,000-square-foot retail space into a menswear and women’s wear (Earnest Sewn, Genetic Denim) shop, accessories (Chrome Hearts sunglasses, Curtis & Co. watches, jewelry by Mizuki) boutique, and intimate hair salon care of New York bigwig Warren-Tricomi.
De-stress by sifting through endless floating racks and constantly restocked wooden shelves, and then settle into one of six stations for a color, cut, mani/pedi, or blowout.
You can even make it a habit.
Therapy, 2201 Collins Avenue, inside W South Beach (305-673-9101).
