In a city filled with heroes, hoagies, subs, and clubs, one misstep and you’re toast.Which is why we’re excited about the newest member of the upper crust: I8NY, a sandwich stand run by Fatty Crab and Torrisi alum Jonathan Meyer and Lincoln vet William Griffin.The menu is simple: just two ’wiches (roasted chicken with Jersey tomatoes and peppers on garlic bread, or grilled summer squash with ricotta, mint pesto, purslane, and pickled red onions) and grilled corn with smoky peach butter.Beyond the bread, I8NY caters lunches and dinner parties like the one they’re cooking for Local Roots CSA this Sunday.
