What: Artists document seven days of eating via installations (check the eerie basement tea party) and live music (potato chips crunching, bacon sizzling); chef Sam Kim transforms the defining ingredients into a celebratory supper.

The Music of Cal Massey
What: Renowned saxophonist Fred Ho and Red Rooster Harlem’s Ben Barson fill the downstairs lounge with soulful sounds from the legendary jazz musician.
Why: Also on the bill (for a bit extra) — scallion pancake with roast duck and truffled maitake dumplings.

Madam Geneva’s Far East Drinks
What: Laura Lashley and Naren Young (The Dutch, Locanda Verde) revamp the secret drinking den’s cocktail list. Go for the Far East Gimlet (Spring44, yuzu, house lime cordial, and Vietnamese mint).
Why: Young’s wife (and resident Sleep No More DJ), Kimiko, provides spin-fresh tunes.
