What: A traditional Catalan onion festival rocks spring (and apparently your breath) with heaping piles of fresh grilled fare and icy rosé wine served from long-spouted porróns.
Why: Order the just-harvested leeks grilled and dipped in romesco sauce with lamb chops and botifarra sausage on the side. Communal seating and live flamenco music makes it a party.
