A few months back at Gwynnett St., we tasted what is now known around DC HQ as the World’s Best Chicken. (Here’s a picture.) So if you unwisely put off a visit, stop by the Williamsburg spot this Sunday for the launch of its $45 three-course prix fixe menu. Start on maitake mushrooms with creamy onions or a slow-poached egg with blue crab, sea beans, and spinach. Follow with pike and potato with knotweed or the aforementioned chicken with garlic, pearl barley, and cucumber. Milk chocolate with peanuts and black currants just sweetens the deal.
