Last Fashion Week, Tanya Taylor’s debut made quite a splash.
Critics called it a “stroke of genius,” gushed that it was perfectly “suited for looking fly.” (Disclaimer: We actually said those things, but all the blogs and glossies were equally enamored.)
This season, it seems Tanya Taylor’s debut spring line (shown at MoMA) will do the same.
We’re simply mod for a blue geometric tile-print swing jacket, retro floral-print pants with matching cropped bustier, and a tailored poppy suit (pictured left to right). Taylor’s flirty fuller skirts and waist-defining black-banded dresses are more wearable than her bold head scarves, but we dare you to try the look.
You might just make some waves.
