What: The folks at Mile End and their deli pals present nine gourmet twists on traditional Jewish fare, including bone marrow matzo ball soup and lamb brisket with preserved tomato and ice wine vinegar.
Why: Culinary bigwigs debate the future of Jewish food, then call it a day over bites of pastrami from Wise Sons, Saul’s, Kenny & Zuke’s, and, of course, Mile End.
