Inspired by Georgia O’Keeffe’s use of color and form, the looks at the Tome show seemed to rise from the ground like a flower in one of the artist’s paintings.
Black hats, structured wool coats, and floor-length white dresses set the mood of a nomadic trek through desert dunes. The aura was airy and ethereal, as sitars and percussion hummed in the background.
We felt a bit tranquil — and a bit ready to slip into one of the many tailored pieces.
