What: Two competitors from Anthony Bourdain’s TV series (and real-life couple), Gregg Drusinsky and Sarah Ashley Schiear, deliver a five-course meal paired with libations to just 24 people per seating.
Why: Fluke poke, a roasted shiitake salad with black garlic, and curry lobster bisque lead to cumin lamb and passion fruit panna cotta.
