Jazz Age Lawn Party
What: Relive the Roaring Twenties at the biannual blowout with a weekend of picnicking, jazz, ballroom dancing, motorcar exhibitions, and Prohibition-era cocktails from St. Germain.
Why: Jimmy Carbone (of Jimmy’s No. 43) curated the throwback feast (grilled bratwurst, shrimp rolls, oysters on the half shell, pickles on a stick, and more).

The Meatball Shop Opens
What: The LES original takes on the UES in its largest digs yet, complete with a 45-seat backroom for private bashes and first-ever weekend brunch (launches Aug. 24).
Why: Savor biscuits and gravy with beef, chicken, spicy pork, or veggie balls while downing pitchers of mango mojitos, peach sangria, or strawberry mint juleps.
