Why: It happens but once a year so get out your claws! Bridal and bridesmaids? dresses are at least 50 percent off. (We once scored a gown for $50.) No refunds. All sales are final.

What: Ripcosa/LaCosa
When: 3/26-3/29, Mon.-Thurs. 10 a.m.-6 p.m.
Where: 105 East 37th Street, Suite 2b (212-889-4925).
Why: Because Ripcosa (now called La Cosa) makes the sickest tanks, tees, undershirts, and panties. Suffice it to say everyone on the Candy team is a huge fan. Prices are wholesale and below, ranging from $5 to $50. Skimpeeee!

What: Deborah Harper Millinery
When: 3/8-3/31, Wed.-Sat. 10 a.m.-6 p.m.
Where: 114 Chambers Street, between Church Street and West Broadway (212-227-3831).
Why: Kentucky Derby, anyone? Okay, maybe not, but grab a mint julep, throw on a hat, and do some guided imagery. Killer hats sold at Barneys and Bergdorf Goodman are here wholesale and below.

What: Henri Bendel Blowout Sale
When: Starts 3/18 until everything is gone, Mon.-Sat. 10 a.m.-7 p.m., Sun. noon- 6 p.m.
Where:712 Fifth Avenue, between 55th and 56th Streets, basement (212-247-1100).
Why:Need we say more?

What: Chaiken Sample Sale
When: 4/5-4/9, Thurs. noon- 7 p.m., Fri. 11 a.m.- 7 p.m., Sat. 11 a.m.- 6 p.m., Sun. noon- 5 p.m., Mon. 11 a.m.- 6 p.m.
Where: 24 West 40th Street, between Fifth and Sixth Avenues (212-334-3501).
Why: Because Chaiken, a favorite among hipsters, is having a sale, with items currently being sold at Barneys and Scoop. Pants, were $200, now $99; shorts, were $100, now $30; white denim jeans, were $125, now $30; stretch-cotton suits, were $400, now $160.

When: 3/29-3/30, Thurs. 9 a.m.-6 p.m., Fri. 9 a.m.-4 p.m.
Where: 80 West 40th Street, near Sixth Avenue, third floor.
