Why: Because Buz Jones’ denim just might give Seven Jeans a run for the money. Especially now! Sold at Scoop and Henri Bendel, jeans, were $100-$150, now $50 a pair. Also, tees and sweatshirts, were $40-$60, now $15-$25.

Why: Next best thing to a trip to Paris? agnes. And admit it, you’re still wearing that agnes b. cardigan from ages ago. Pants, dresses, jackets, skirts, tops, shoes, handbags, sunglasses, key rings, agendas, belts, hats, and more will be 75 percent off retail prices on both men’s and women’s collections. Sorry, none of the cool cinema posters will be on sale.

What: A.P.C. Clearance Sale
When: Through 7/31, Mon.-Fri. 9 a.m.-6 p.m. Sat. 11 a.m.-5 p.m.
Where: Assaf Ltd., 24 West 40th Street between Fifth and Sixth Avenues, first floor (212-278-0121).
Why: A.P.C’s slamming men’s and women’s jackets, pants, jeans, leather pants, shorts, shirts, dresses, skirts, t-shirts, swimwear, bags, and shoes at prices 50 to 75 percent off retail.

What: Tardini Accessories
When: 7/23-7/27, Mon.-Fri 10 a.m.-6:30 p.m.
Where: 12 West 57th Street, between Fifth and Sixth Avenues, Suite 1003 (212-664-1965).
Why: Sleek, exotic-skinned accessories for both men and women: meaning bags, belts, accessories, and other leather goods at low-ish prices.

What: Han Feng
When: 7/25, Wed. 8 a.m.-6 p.m.
Where: 333 West 39th Street, between Eighth and Ninth Avenues, twelfth floor (212-695-9509).
Why: The early bird catches the worm! Famous for tailored pieces that are simply beautiful; Han Feng’s summer and early fall collections are up to 75 percent off.

What: Kirna Zabete
When: Through 8/15, Mon.-Sat. 11 a.m.-7 p.m., Sun. noon-6 p.m.
Where: 96 Greene Street, between Prince and Spring Streets (212-941-9656).
Why: Because Gwyneth’s favorite small boutique for a splurge is having a sale on spring and summer stock. Now you can afford some of those glam frocks, too! Jimmy Choo sandals, were $350, now $175; Alice Roi blouse, was $320, now $160; Cacharel skirt, was $175, now $88. Get the point?

What: Warehouse W

Why: Warehouse W, a new store that sells women’s and men’s designer apparel at 80 percent off retail prices, is having a grand-opening sale/fashion show event Thursday at 6 p.m. 25 percent of the proceeds from the sale will benefit the YMCA, and various youth-service charities. Diesel jeans, were $100, now are $25; Liz Claiborne skirt, was $75, now is $10; a Calvin Klein cotton-and-nylon coat, was $390, now is $140, and Michael Stars shirts, were,$33, now $8.
