What's the Mystery Restaurant?

So what do you know. A really cool Italian Mediterranean restaurant/bar is scheduled (we repeat: scheduled) to open this week. A place you can expect to be a real keeper.

The only glitch? The owner (and head chef) is being all secretive and crap in hopes of fending off the press for a couple of weeks. But — with his permission — we play the DailyCandy Mystery Restaurant game. We give you clues. If you’re smart enough to figure it out, you’ll be one of the first to score a table.

So. Fourteen clues about the place…

1. A scrambled address: 204 Huroneteft Street. (East or West? Sorry. You’ll have to guess.)
2. It was once a French Bistro whose name (scrambled) was Urazoqet.
3. You can easily pop down the street and go clubbing afterward (at a place you probably frequented when you were, like, twelve years old).
4. Damn, it’s a long block.

Wait. That’s only four clues. Now why did we say fourteen?
