Why: Because you can get some of the hottest bikinis, shoes, pants, and clothes out there at up to 40 percent off. Stock up on outfits or gifts just in time for vacation. Also sneak a peek and order before anyone else from the new collections (love it). Champagne will be served.

When: 12/5 and 12/6; Thurs. and Fri. 11 a.m.-7 p.m.
Where: 305 West 20th Street, between Eighth and Ninth Avenues, lower level (212-727-7349).
Why: Now is the chance to stock up on hats loved by Heidi Klum, Naomi Campbell, Liv Tyler and Lauryn Hill. Newsboy and motorcycle caps, were $200, now $90; tweed and corduroy hats, were $100, now $45; floppy hats, were $315, now $140.
