Hey, there’s nothing wrong with Newlyweds and Real World San Diego marathons. It’s just that you live in New York, silly. Get off the couch already.

EAT

Marlow & Sons
What: From the guys behind Williamsburg’s Diner and Bonita, an essentials-only Italian market (coffee, tomatoes, chocolate) serving food and drink.
Why: Erranding made fun! Stop by for milk. Stay for oysters and vodka.
When: 8 a.m.-midnight; bar opens Mon.-Fri. at 6 p.m., Sat. & Sun. at 5 p.m.

Azul
What: A jumping LES Argentine bistro, which serves sizzling steak, empanadas, and ceviche.
Why: You’re so busy worrying about subway bombs that you forgot about mad-cow disease. Don’t worry: Azul’s New Zealand Angus is free-range.
When: Dinner served from 5:30 p.m.-midnight.

DO

Elementary Dining Class
What: Table manners for kids. The art of fork management in a fancy grown-up setting.
Why: Peas are meant to be eaten, not shoved up one’s nose.

Ice Skating
What: Skip the crowds at Wollman and Rockefeller. Bucolic Lasker Rink in upper Central Park remains delightfully empty.
Why: One last hurrah … The season ends Sunday. Time to get your skate on.

The British/Irish Comedy Invasion: Hollow Men
What: Acclaimed, hilarious U.K. sketch-comedy group mocks everything from speed dating to film noir.
Why: Three reasons: Comedy Central signed them. They remind us of Monty Python. You need a giggle.

Screaming Mimi’s Indoor Yard Sale
What: Vintage clothing and accessories for men and women at only $5-$45.
Why: Get a jump-start on spring’s new retro looks on the cheap.

Boucher Sale
