How odd that the latest from 3M, the makers of Post-it notes — items designed explicitly for the purpose of making your life easier — is the desperately chic black edition line. Actually, we admit, they do look super cool, and the milk pens necessary to jot a memo are fun … but it does make finding-a-pen-to-write-yourself-that-note-about- that-thing-you’ve-been-trying-to-remember- but-just-slipped-your-mind just a tad more difficult. So, we ask, what price beauty when it comes to office supplies? What other way to have fun when it’s not even noon on Tuesday?
