The Weekend Guide

It’s the last weekend of the month, winter is (allegedly) over, and you have nothing (nothing!) to show for it. A few quick ways to make March mean something.

“Slower”
What: Talented photo-blogger’s first solo show. Take that, art school dropouts.
Why: 1.) Rub elbows with the bloggerati.

What: Artists take on American landscapes and discover the monumental in the mundane.

The Dears
What: Montreal exports deliver Smith-like hooks in an art-rock atmosphere.
Why: 3.) Brush up on your Canuckian.
