You’ve never been one of those girly girls.
When your friends went to Girl Scouts, you went to soccer practice. And ever since you discovered G.I. Joe, you’ve had an affinity for tough-looking outfits.
So pass by the flowy skirt rack and stop for the new Eve Lynn collection of pants, hooded sweatshirts, tees, and blazers with attitude.
A combination of feminine and masculine designs, the pieces are handmade from vintage materials and have serious bad-ass details. (The coolest: limited-edition silkscreen images customized by graffiti artist Ezo.) Standouts include pin-striped minis cut from men’s trousers (embellished with a sparkly waistband) and soft hoodies with “Army” painted across the chest and sequins above the pockets. Sure, there’s a slip skirt adorned with lace, but there’s nothing prissy about it.
Designer Eve Chrust describes her line as a cross between punk and debutante. Neither of which you’d consider yourself.
But somewhere in the middle? Heck, yeah.
