Canadians always get a bad rap, eh?

Play a game of word association with friends, and odds are they’ll respond “Um, hockey?”

Well, that’s all about to change, thanks to a trio of design students at Concordia University in Montreal. These creative Canucks launched Atelier Baraque, a lovely new line of duvets and pillow shams. Available in buttermilk and white, the cotton covers come with unexpected graphic designs that can’t help but catch your eye.

On a Wire features birds perching on a thin support system, while Strung Along shows off tossed-about beaded necklaces. But it’s Broncos that charges in as our personal fave for nighttime pleasure. The playful style is enough to make us scream “Oh, Canada!”

Because who doesn’t like a little Mountie?
