As for the top or bottom you’re wearing, that’s something we can talk about all day.

And the tops we can’t quit crowing about are Tucker by Gaby Basora, a new line of blouses and shirtdresses cut from a single dreamy pattern (smocked collar, draping torso, three-quarter-length blouson sleeves). The result is a silhouette that’s pleasing to the eye and the body. (Hot damn!)

The blouse, which comes in lots of prints and fabrics (florals, solids, and geometrics in silks and cottons), works with high-waist pants, swimsuits, or jeans. It’s everything you want this season: billowy and elegant, feminine but not fussy, buttoned up yet totally loose.
