Well of course those bikinis look great with Nicaragua, Tunisia, or Cozumel in the pictures. (Never mind the Amazonian legs and oil-basted abs.)

But those magazine features aren’t exactly helping your own swimsuit issue.

What about a photo shoot in Electric Ladyland? Australian label Lover’s first swimsuit collection is finally in stores (inspired, in part, by the popularity of its bodysuit).

There are ten swim costumes to choose from — in black, white, ivory, and sun-bleached shades of coral, lavender, and blue. Little details like buttons, bows, and high-cut bottoms make trying on somehow more approachable. Halters, bandeaus, and triangle tops in stripes and knits are equally fitting for beach, bleachers, and boardwalk; peephole one-pieces made from textured lace are sweet with a bit of adventure.

And once you’ve got yours on, others will follow (swim) suit.
