A Walk down Memorabilia Lane

“Can & Did” Exhibit at Danziger Projects

Whether a steadfast Republican, staunch Libertarian, or proud member of the Pirate Party (it’s real!), there’s one thing we can all agree on during this last day of the Bush presidency: Obama-branded merchandise is selling like hotcakes.

The medium is the message at Danziger Projects, where tomorrow’s exhibition launch, Can & Did, will showcase the already iconic design pieces of our president-elect.

Snag highly collectible Shepard Fairey prints (all signed) or an exclusive “O” piece from the original logo design team. Amazing works from the amazing Lance Wyman are signed and ready to go, as is our favorite: Renan Molin’s poster exploring electoral maps.

The show is up through February 28, though we cannot promise the bootleg skateboard deck will be.

You know, since consuming is our civic duty.

Danziger Projects, 521 West 26th Street, between Tenth and Eleventh Avenues (212-629-6778 or danzigerprojects.com). Inauguration night opening, tomorrow, 6-8 p.m.
