The Docent Jewelry

Most of the time, industrial chic is code for junktacular.

Not so for The Docent, a line of jewelry that’s best described as, well, industrial chic. The rings, bracelets, and necklaces are crafted out of antique brass, gunmetal, and cotton rope.

Playful with a hint of darkness, the pieces are unique conversation starters. Take the Unfriendship necklace, donning what looks like five pieces of barbed wire, one of which has red enameled edges reminiscent of blood. The Pick-Up Sticks necklace is a playful piece with colorful thread wrapped around pointy metal slivers. And the Jack ring looks like a cool piece of plumbing.

Talk about an industrial revolution.
