Dinners are intimate (around 20 guests) and charming: Menus are a riff on house chef Fiore Tedesco’s moods and memories — perhaps a wintry night spent in Bologna, a Passover-inspired dinner by way of Montreal, a hypothetical meal from Darwin’s voyage on The Beagle.

Mixed drinks and mingling lead to five or more thoughtful seasonal courses, like foie gras buttercream macaroons, buckwheat matzah ball soup, buttery monkfish potpies, brisket and ramps, and lavender madeleines.
