Come home to Mamma Duchess, a private dining duo creating a summer dinner party from your kitchen. Focus is on Spanish small plates (with French/Italian influences) built into a light supper or extravagant tasting menu.

It’s adaptable — white gazpacho with almonds and Muscadet grapes, tarragon scrambled eggs on toast, or clams gratin can be mixed and matched as you see fit. Think about the five-course possibilities!

Start things right with farm fresh radishes dabbed in butter and fleur de sel, buckwheat crepes, octopus skewers, braised pork with smothered leeks. Honey lavender gelato and a chocolate tart polish off the evening.

From outdoor luncheons in England to birthday parties in Brooklyn, Mamma Duchess will bring the utensils, table runners, flower arrangements, and wine pairings, then serve as you regale your guests with tales of adventure.
