The sweet, genial fitness instructor and art therapist takes a mind-body approach to aligning, correcting, and conditioning — which seems to suit her celebrity clientele (the respectable, talented kind. There’s no hope for those shitastic starlets).
Lengthening and strengthening is the aim, and Mitchell pays close attention to the physical and emotional needs (let it go!) of the injured or fragile. To that end, she’s also arranging group classes for first-time worker-outers, teens, and those with weight-loss troubles.
Posturing for personal gain never hurt so good.
