Couplets are our favorite kind of verse.
Doesn’t this sound like poetry: Charming twosome (a fine pair themselves) behind Little Giant open second endeavor today in Chelsea?
Tipsy Parson has all the Southern gentility a neighborhood could hope for. Two rooms serve dueling moods. A sunny parlor hosts oyster service and a charcuterie bar stocking all-Southern cheeses. Shelves are full of mementos (lucky horseshoe, vintage typewriter), bar snacks are plentiful (cheese curds, pickled shrimp, hush puppies), and a slushie machine churns out Concord grape juleps.
An antique church pew gives an air of Old Savannah. In the dining room, expect perfect pairings from brunch (choose-your-own-adventure pancakes and bourbon-glazed sausages) to dinner (chicken and dumplings, duck and roasted grapes).
The smell of slow-roasted buttery goodness fills in where words cannot.
