What: Sip cider near the fire in this temporary cabin, where Gargyle and Bykenyan props, gifts, and antique collectibles can be wrapped up on the spot, along with clothing and accessories (at up to 50 percent off).

Club Cookie Swap (Followed by Cookie Takedown)
What: Judges from the likes of Babbo and DBGB Kitchen and Bar put 25 bakers to the test. You eat the outcome. Proceeds go to The Lower Eastside Girls Club.
Why: Think of it as a precursor to Brooklyn’s Cookie Takedown.

Chaos & Candy: Unholy Night
What: Performance artist Adam Dugas presents magical metal mayhem with Theo Kogan, Lizzy Yoder, and others shredding yuletide cheer.
Why: It’s only for the naughty list.

What: A lady sets up a big ole indie sale in her carriage house.
Why: Jewelry, accessories, ceramics, knits, skin care, art, and vintage pieces from local vendors like MadMadJudy and Necklush.
