What: Another ambitious supper club by Gordon Ramsay and Per Se alums takes permanent root in the West Village.
Why: Raw fluke with watercress, shaved fennel, and caviar sabayon; dark chocolate ravioli with cassis compote and house ricotta cream. It’s a recipe for success.
