Thought So
City-slicked country rockers with a folky, melodic twang. (Think Ryan Adams meets Wilco.)

The Science Fair
Brooklyn-based collective The Metric System invites artistically inclined science aficionados to display their creations inside the converted greeting card factory.
Why: Nerd revelations like the stomach-stroking Jellibelly Ego Enhancer, a station that converts weather into sound, and attempts at communication between glaciers and humans.
When: Award ceremony, today, 8 p.m.; Sat. & Sun., noon-6 p.m.
Where: Flux Factory, 39-31 29th St., Long Island City. Admission is free.

What: Lay claim to one of the string light-laden outdoor nooks (we call dibs on the one with a fireplace) tucked within The Kimberly’s new ivy-entwined, 3,000-square-foot penthouse.
Why: Know what makes that Chrysler (prosecco with campari-infused sugar cube) go down easier? Temp-regulated floors, a retractable glass roof, and an epic view of the Chrysler Building.
When: Daily, 5 p.m.-2 a.m.
Where: 145 E. 50th St., b/t Third & Lexington Aves., penthouse lvl. Reservations at 212-888-1220.

Restoration Closing Weekend
Two-time Tony nominee Claudia Shear’s limited-run show about a wayward art restorer attempting to give Michelangelo’s “David” a makeover.
