Follow Your Nose. . .
Fendi Watch
Bussola might mean compass in Italian, but this watch won’t tell you jack about which way to go.
More like your third-grade scented eraser than like a personal navigation system, the Fendi Bussola has no north, south, east, or west markings.
But…it smells like vanilla.
Yes, just like the flavor. According to a Fendi spokesperson, the scent was added during manufacturing to mask the rubber smell.
Again, a brill mistake.
Fendi’s intent was to rope in the younger crowd, but the watches are quite popular with the “mature” audience. And with nine colors from which to choose, and a waterproof band, why not? If the color you want is not in stock, Fendi will get it to you in 24 hours. (Gotta love that customer service.)
Warning: the exact time is difficult to read, say many.
But since when have
accessories really been about function?
