Stylist Nikki Flaming quit the salon game to start an underground hair-cuttery where she could cut hair on her own terms. Five years later, she opened Pelo Salon with a little help from her friends (a pal sewed the curtains, a bud built the shelving) to accommodate her growing client list.  The space is nothing fancy, but the cuts will blow you away.
