Two Michelin star recipient Laurent Manrique (SF’s Aqua) swaps coasts and takes up residence upstairs at The Carlton Hotel, bringing his refined seafood classics to the red leather banquette-filled and mosaic-tiled space. Don’t think twice: Ask always-delightful maitre d’ Samy Kebbab for entree (snapper à la plancha bathed in ginger, Jurançon wine, and beurre blanc), cocktail (Pousse Rapière or the Train Wreck), and wine selections.
