The sister to Scottish pub Highlands is a Franco-Scotch mash-up in honor of its namesake and muse. Hole up in a tufted tartan booth (the plaids are by Alexander McQueen and Vivienne Westwood) to feast on fish, meat pies, and other filling savories, or sip cocktails devised by some of the best bartenders in town.
