It seems that little sisters the world over are programmed by stealth commanders to infiltrate their older siblings’ wardrobes with indefatigable boldness (even after you pull their hair for wearing your dress on Facebook).

So big sisters everywhere will welcome Kerrigan, Daryl K’s new kid sister line. The NYC designer channeled punk icons like Richard Hell and Debbie Harry for a collection of oversize hoodies, shoulder-studded tees, neon tanks, bombers, and brightly colored jeans.

Toughness is tempered by refined feminine silhouettes (a silk empire-line frock, a form-fitting tank dress). That — and the fact that it’s way cheaper than big sis line Daryl K — makes it irresistible.
