The lesson? Even the best of us need a little help from our apparel.

That’s just what Dutch designer Joline Jolink has in mind with her new spring collection of sportswear. In her words, “Sometimes you need your clothes to give you a little extra strength.”

Using a special high-tech Japanese stretch jersey (perfect for fighting crime, changing in phone booths, and whatever you do in your downtime), Jolink created a line of boxy jumpers, beautifully draped tops, stretchy minis (in orange or gray), and sleek dresses to help you unleash your inner superhero.

Now if someone would just make us a Crystal Jet.
