A T-shirt with bedazzled angel wings does not constitute wearable art.
But a peek at the tiny, handmade doodads on Kawaii Nails, and your jaw will hit the floor. Imported directly from cute central Japan, the mini masterpieces aren’t messing around.
Completely over the top, the 3-D acrylic accessories are like a whole universe on your hands. The hardest part is choosing a design. Themes include everything from bows, flowers, and hearts to cupcakes, donuts, and ice cream. Most of the time combining two or three motifs for total outrageousness.
Using nail glue (comes with), simply affix awesomeville to each finger, then paint them with a top coat to make them shine.
Like a gift from heaven.

These are pretty adorable. Their website says these are handmade by outsourced "nail technicians," so I wonder how large this production is. I'm glad to see Daily Candy representing a small business from Portland. Shoutout to my hometown!
