Thankfully, mother-daughter design duo Kaya and Nina Egli give the expression a more flattering light with their line of clothing, Family Affairs.

The latest collection, which launches online today, is inspired by sudden, intense feelings of love and summer vacations, which are translated through saturated colors and flowy styles in lightweight fabrics.

Hot pink high-waisted shorts, a black maxi dress with gold buttons down the front, and a blue and purple leopard-print jumpsuit are standouts. But you can’t go wrong, no matter what you choose — especially when you consider the crazy reasonable price tags.
