Google gougere. Someone forgot the hot - not boiling - milk. Add it you have a classic gougere.

I made these and they turned on like flat silver dollars and tasted very flourly. Is there an ingrediant possibly missing in the list of ingrediants? I made them with my spouse and we cook alot. We are confused. Please help.

So tasty and easy to make...made these a second time with left over blocks of cheese from the fridge, chopped up bits of mushrooms and green onions, also a tasty variation! :)
