Why: Because you can’t exist on caffeine alone, snack on fish tacos, Cuban sandwiches, and tortilla soup from the just-released lunch menu.

What: At their BYO, Andrew (formerly of Fork) and Kristin Wood vow to keep it simple and fresh; dishes like buckwheat crepes and brook trout stuffed with maitake mushrooms and salsa verde rely on ingredients from nearby sustainable farms.
Why: We’re already drooling for the chocolate-ginger tart and pine nut olive oil cake.
