1 T. each chopped parsley, tarragon, chives, rosemary, and cilantro
1 T. olive oil
1 T. grapeseed oil
Zest of one lime

1. Combine all ingredients.
2. Rub into meat or fish. (Gently!)
3. Grill.

Cooking make you reach for the meds? You’re in luck: Barclay Prime is offering Deluxe Grilling Packages through Labor Day. For a few Benjamins, you can get dinner for up to six, including a selection of appetizers, salads, choice steaks, sides, and a whole pie. Order 24 hours in advance.

If you’re really under the weather, fork over $7,500 to get dinner for ten, a 30-inch Viking grill, and LoCascio himself.

You can keep the grill. But, please, release the chef.
