Your nautical knowledge doesn’t go much further than Love Boat reruns.

And the last time you were in a boat, you ended up shipwrecked like Gilligan.

Should you want to hone your skills on the high seas, fear not. This Saturday TerraMar Adventures is hosting a four-hour beginning sailing class on the Delaware River.

With several boats and small crews of about six people, you’ll get individual attention from licensed instructors. You’ll learn basic sailing techniques like reading the wind, raising and lowering the sails, steering, and navigation. After your instruction, you’ll race another boat back to shore, showing off all your fresh skills.

Since class size is limited, you’ll definitely want to register soon.

Because, you know, it’s exciting and new.
