It’s All in the Name
Cute as a Button Cards

Cheap Tickets. Toys R Us. The Container Store.
Usually, when a name says it all, you don’t get the sense that the people behind the product are particularly creative.
But that’s actually not the case with Cute as a Button Cards. Created by local Lauren Bishop in her own home, the cards are just that.
Each blank greeting features a little button sewn onto linen or laid-finished paper (for a card that feels as good as it looks). And Bishop has a bevy to choose from: The Kitchen Garden features fruits and veggies, while her personal collection uses whimsical buttons like Union Jack and the Canadian Flag. No two are the same, so your correspondences will all receive one-of a-kind cards they’ll want to keep.
Just remember to make your words on the inside live up to the cuteness on the cover.
Available at Artista, 7151 1/2 Germantown Avenue (215-248-2450); online at cuteasabuttoncards.com.
