Beards. Some got ’em, some don’t: Older bro and his crustache, Auntie and her preop tranny stubble, Tom Cruise.

Perhaps local artist Keith Shore had this in mind when he started painting his Bearded Portraits, an acrylic and watercolor lineup of burly men with glorious facial hair in arrays of artistic shavery.

Now Shore is offering a signed, limited-run print featuring all 28 portraits on one piece of twelve-by-twelve stock.

Why would you want one? Because they’re frigging awesome and he’s talented. Plus, you could tell guests that this one’s your Uncle Larry, the Merchant Marine, and that one’s Cousin Bob, the longshoreman. Give one to follicly challenged friends for V-Day. It makes a hell of a gift.
