Rubbing It In
Mindful Touch Therapy

We’re about to write up another massage.
Stop grumbling about what a bunch of spoiled babies we are and keep reading.
Developed by a breast cancer survivor, Mindful Touch Therapy combines traditional (reiki and reflexology) and contemporary (light pressure massage) practices to ease tension and diminish stress.
Practitioner Judy Moon first burnt sage in the room to rid negative energy, then she blended aromatherapy oils and began acupressure on our head. She worked down, with a light dekinking shoulder massage and twenty minutes of foot reflexology to improve circulation and stimulate internal organs.
It was so relaxing that we slipped into that half-awake, half-asleep state and walked out focused and carefree.
Still grumbling? All the more reason to get yourself into her office.
