Blame the Oakley Frogskins, blame DayGlo tights clashing with pastel dresses clashing with granny eyeglasses, but we’re not getting the color jolt our eyes are craving.

The next time you head out after hours, add a little neon eyeliner to your badass self. Yeah, it’s Philly, and you might get some looks from morons, but it’s Philly, and you could always just throw bricks through their windshields.

Anyway, we love yellows, greens, and pinks (Shiseido is our pick, but you can score at pretty much any drugstore) to match whatever you’ve got going on in your wig. Or something to set off the color of your eyes. Don’t half-ass it: This look requires dedication. And be warned: If you have a lazy eye, drop the pencil. This trend isn’t for you.

If that’s the case, just put your Oakleys back on.
