Ms. Tootsie’s Barbecue Ribs Recipe

It’s April! Time to pull out the grill and throw on some ribs. Ms. Tootsie’s helps you do it right.
Ms. Tootsie’s Barbecue Ribs
Serves four to five
Ingredients
5 lbs. baby back ribs
2 tbsp. paprika
1 tbsp. ground pepper
1 tbsp. lemon pepper
2 tbsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. onion powder
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. salt
ΒΌ tbsp. cayenne pepper
1. Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl to make a rub, then work the rub into both sides of the ribs. Marinate in refrigerator for eight to twelve hours.
2. Place on grill and cook over medium heat until brown (60 to 90 minutes, depending on thickness of ribs), turning occasionally.
