Out of Your Tree

What’s Your Tree? Classes

Who knew that your history degree would land you a plush job as a barista? Or that all that time spent in art school would segue so smoothly into waitressing?

Sometimes you wonder what you should be doing with your life.

Stop wondering. What’s Your Tree? is a seven-week program (starting this Sunday) designed to help you find your true calling.

Inspired by activist and environmentalist Julia Butterfly Hill, who spent two years living in an ancient redwood to protect it from getting the ax, classes meet weekly and focus on activities like journaling, art, group sharing, and meditation.

If all goes well, you’ll discover your personal purpose (it’s in there!) and how you can apply it to your life and community.

Before you know it, your coffee shop job may be a thing of the past.

Just like all the 19th-century minutiae you studied.
