Making Time
Time Opens

Is there anything better than whiskey? The answer is no. We love the brown.
Too bad the Liquor Control Board is making it so hard to get these days. But if you’re craving Old Overholt, Sazerac, or Glenfarclas, head to the recently opened Time restaurant and more. Jason and Delphine Evenchik (Vintage) transformed Ludwig’s Garten into three distinct spaces.
Cozy up in a booth in the bar and order from more than 90 whiskeys or peated malts from the Lowlands, the Highlands, and every land in between. Or drink one of twenty beers on tap or 40 in bottles.
The dining room is rife with old-world charm, and the menu is heavy on protein. Try the New England lobster roll served with sage brown butter. It’s heaven wrapped in carbs.
If you’re feeling trendy, head upstairs to The Bohemian Absinthe Lounge.
No time like the present.
Time, 1315 Sansom Street (215-985-4800 or timerestaurant.net).
